Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. — Warren Bennis To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students, the investiture ceremony of SJCHSS was celebrated for the academic session 2022-2023 with much zeal and zest. This ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested leaders. The newly elected leaders from took the pledge to uphold the dignity and name of the school. They were invested with great responsibilities while embarking on a new journey as leaders. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamp signifying the removal of darkness from all around us.Our respected Principal Sr Anupama, Primary Incharge Sr Poonam, Mrs Jonali Bhattacharya and Mrs Swatee Prasad graced the occasion with their benign presence. Our newly appointed leaders were told to be confident enough to be able to stand alone in the crowd, to have the courage to make tough decisions and be compassionate enough to listen to the needs of others. They were also told that one becomes a true leader by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.. God's blessing were sought on the students to help them grow and become a good guiding light in the coming days.
